Support
Our resources page contains some information about how to make a Change of Conditions application yourself.
Please note we can currently only assist people who have valid leave to remain on either the 5 or 10 year route to settlement. This could be:
- as a parent or partner of a British national or someone who is settled in the UK (ILR)
- on the private life route
- as a BNO visa holder
We aim to be back in touch within two weeks of you completing the form. We may need to request additional information or documents over email before we can advise.
We can only advise about applications for access to public funds – we do not provide unrelated immigration advice.
Please check back here or sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date with job opportunities at The Unity Project.
